God heareth not sinners

Before reading this article we invite you to read the article 'What is Sin?' listed on this website.

There is darkness and there is light - there is Satan and there is God (Acts 26:18).

There is Satan's kingdom (Matthew 12:6) and there is the Kingdom of God (John 18:36).

There is a devil (John 8:44) and there is a Holy Ghost (John 14:26).

There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body (1 Cor. 15:44).

All of the above we have already explained in other articles on this website and explained how Satan has transformed himself into an angel of light by means of the many religions throughout the world (2 Cor. 11:13-15), and as such has deceived all the people of this world as confirmed in Revelation 12:9.

The following is an excerpt from the article 'Born of God' listed on this website.

This present world is Satan's kingdom (Luke 4:6; 11:18; John 12:31; 14:30; 2 Cor 4:4; Eph 2:2).

Yes, this present world is Satan's kingdom and this is the reason why this whole world lieth in wickedness (1 John 5:19), It is also the reason why Christ and his followers (the believers) do not pray for this world (John 17:9; 14-16) as they are not of this world (John 17:14-16). In fact, they have overcome the spirit of this world (1 John 5:4).

By nature the people of this world are separated from the true and living God and for this reason their prayers are all in vain (Matthew 15:9). For confirmation we suggest you read your local paper or listen to your local TV news report. If you are still not convinced what spirit you are of and what spirit you follow (Luke 9:55), may we suggest you visit your local hospital and especially the Hospital for Sick Children.

The following are additional references from the Word of God that confirm that God heareth not sinners.

Job 27:9; 35:12; 36:7.

Psalms 18:41; 34:15; 66:18.

Proverbs 1:28; 15:29; 28:9.

Isaiah 1:15; 58:3.

Jeremiah 11:11; 14:12.

Ezekiel 5:11; 8:18.

Micah 3:4.

Zechariah 7:13.

Luke 13:15-27.

John 9:31.

Romans 8:26.

1 Corinthians 10:21.

Ephesians 2:12.

James 4:3.

Before you continue to read this article, we invite you to read the ninth chapter of John in which he records how Christ restored sight to a man that was born blind. It also describes how members of a local religious group, who called themselves Pharisees, claimed to know God by following Moses and the Ten Commandments. They could not accept the fact that someone had restored sight to a man who was born blind and even cast out the man that had been healed. They also proclaimed Christ to be a sinner as they would not believe that he was the Son of God and eventually they had him crucified and let a local criminal go free.

Things have not changed in two thousand years as the people of this world, just like the Pharisees (and also the Sadducees), also believe that they know God but in truth they follow after their own righteousness and an image of a false God and false Christ (Matthew 24:24). They are unable to accept that they are sinners as they have been conditioned through the different religions and made to believe that they are children of God and that sin is an act. The history and fruits of religion is the only proof you will need to know that it is not of God. In summary and as mentioned before, any form of religion is a deception through which Satan has transformed himself into an angel of light (2 Cor. 11:13-15).

One of the principle teachings of the Word of God to confirm the above and to show how God has made foolish the wisdom of this world (1 Cor. 1:20), is recorded in John 9:31 as follows:

Now we know that God heareth not sinners; but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

God will listen to the prayers and supplications of two or more of his followers (Matthew 18:18-20). On this website we have explained what mankind must do to be reunited with the true and living God through the Baptism of Repentance (Mark 1:4) and invite you to read the article Repent to give you a better understanding of the transformation and the renewing of your mind by the Spirit of  God (Romans 12:2).

Let us remind you why the people of this world are unable to hear or understand our message of repentance as recorded in John 8:43-45.

Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

The word 'devil' is a reference to your natural spirit, which keeps all of mankind in bondage and for this reason do we call all of mankind to repentance.

The media has been the voice of this world for the last hundred years and for the last twenty years we have attempted to show them how they mislead the general public through their reports, articles and opinions.

The following is an excerpt of the article 'Cape Breton, Nova Scotia' listed on our website and also invite you to read the articles 'Influence of the Media' and 'Wilmington, Ohio'.

"However, there are obvious indications that have many convinced that religious and government leaders, along with the media and their ambiguous and fallacious reporting, have failed to address the issues that are really important to the future of Cape Breton, the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada and the world and as mentioned before, the issues resonate far deeper than anyone can imagine. Religion, Government and the Media are all intrinsically connected by the spiritual powers and wisdom of this world (1 Cor. 2:4-8, Eph. 6:12) and it is by their actions that have caused the people to go astray in their earthly peregrination (Isaiah 53:6; 2 Peter 2:15).

The issues and challenges described in this article are not unique to the Island of Cape Breton. We can write similar stories about almost every town in Nova Scotia and the many challenges they face. We have seen several stories of towns facing bankruptcy and while the media eagerly awaits the next story of hardship of a business closure or scandal, involving a religious, government or community leader, they fail to report the only story that can make a difference in the lives of people everywhere.

The Gospel we preach is the same Gospel as it was preached by Christ and the apostles and once again, the future will confirm that our message expressed in this article was according to the Spirit of truth (John 14:17)."

Where we reside, people are able to read and hear daily of the economical and moral decline of their communities, with continuous reports of the changes of the Way of Life for the people living in rural and small communities. The Health Care System they depend on is imploding (collapsing from within), and 'prosperity' in the mining, forestry, agriculture and fishing industry is a word that could only be heard a long time ago. They were at one time the traditional industries of the modern world that enabled the workers to sustain a livelihood. As a direct result of man's greed and sinful nature this way of life has slowly been removed and will not return.

We know that the time is near at hand that our message of repentance will be heard throughout the world according to the Spirit of Truth. Unfortunately even then the media will continue to report what is convenient to them and as a result mankind will continue to reap what they sow and continue to walk in darkness.
